Objective This study utilized a three-dimensional (3D) flowing microfluidic chip to screen the effective candidate from Anoectochilus roxburghii, a ubiquitous remedy against gouty arthritis in Traditional Chinese Medicine clinically against MSUstimulated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) damage and unraveled the underlying anti-gouty arthritis mechanisms.
