随着电子图书逐渐增多,出版商和其他数字内容提供商开始改变营销策略,更多地采用许可模式取代直接销售,由此对图书馆电子图书外借服务产生很大影响。本文引用大量相关文献和数据,对近年来国外电子图书市场的发展情况进行了介绍,并对美国出版商改变电子图书销售模式的原因及其对图书馆外借服务的影响进行了分析;同时对“首次销售原则”的构成要件及该原则对图书馆电子借阅权的影响进行了探讨,并在此基础上阐述了建立“数字首次销售原则”的必要性和可行性。
As the number of e-books has increased, publishers and other digital content providers have begun to change their marketing strategies, using more licensing models instead of direct sales, thereby having a significant impact on library e-book lending. This paper cites a large amount of relevant literature and data to introduce the development of foreign e-book market in recent years, and analyzes the reasons why American publishers change the mode of e-book sales and their impact on library lending services. At the same time, “The principle of first sale ” and the principle of the impact of library electronic lending rights are discussed, and on this basis, the necessity and feasibility of establishing “number first sales principle ” is expounded.
