Objective: In order to determine whether the Lipoteichoic acid (LTA) could combine with glucan(dextranT10).Methods: Chemical analysis of Tourier transform infrared spectroscopy was carried out.Results: It was showed that: the IR spectra of the component of LTA and dextranT10, after incubated, dismissed at 1280, 1380, 1420 and 1460 cm-1 and presented of the stretching band of PO-34 and glycosyl ester, which didnt exit in the dextranT10.Conclusion: This result was in agreement with finding that LTA was directly interacted with glucan.
