欧洲型PRRSV重组腺病毒疫苗构建及免疫原性研究

目的构建欧洲型PRRSV重组腺病毒疫苗并对其免疫原性进行分析,为预防欧洲型PRRSV的感染提供依据.材料与方法 PCR扩增欧洲型蓝耳病ORF3、ORF5目的基因,将其连接到腺病毒穿梭质粒构建重组腺病毒穿梭质粒pacad-EU-ORF3、pacad-EU-ORF5、pacad-EU-ORF3-ORF5,将重组腺病毒穿梭质粒与骨架质粒共同转染至HEK 293细胞,构建重组腺病毒rAd-EU-ORF3

林可霉素抗性基因lmrB的功能分析

林可霉素是一类主要由林可链霉菌进行工业化生产的林可酰胺类抗生素,在临床上被广泛应用于治疗由革兰氏阳性菌所引起的感染。林可霉素合成基因簇中存在三个抗性基因lmrA、lmrB和lmrC,其中lmrB与AdoMet-MTases超家族有较高同源性,即lmrB可能是通过甲基化修饰林可链霉菌23S rRNA,从而使林可霉素对其亲和力降低,进而起到了对抗生素的抵抗效果。
