【摘 要】
：
目的 观察中药对小儿复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤(JORRP)中人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)含量的影响.方法 将80例JORRP患者分为治疗组40例、对照组40例.对照组采用全麻支撑喉镜下CO2激光手术治疗,术中彻底切除肿瘤组织.治疗组在对照组手术治疗的基础上,根据患儿Derkay评分加服中药基本方Ⅰ或基本方Ⅱ治疗.比较2组治疗前后的HPV-DNA含量.结果 HPV-DNA含量治疗前治疗组与对照组比较差异无统

　　目的 观察中药对小儿复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤(JORRP)中人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)含量的影响.方法 将80例JORRP患者分为治疗组40例、对照组40例.对照组采用全麻支撑喉镜下CO2激光手术治疗,术中彻底切除肿瘤组织.治疗组在对照组手术治疗的基础上,根据患儿Derkay评分加服中药基本方Ⅰ或基本方Ⅱ治疗.比较2组治疗前后的HPV-DNA含量.结果 HPV-DNA含量治疗前治疗组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后治疗组较本组降低,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后治疗组HPV-DNA含量明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义P＜0.05.结论 中药可使JORRP中HPV含量降低.
