  目的:转移导致乳腺癌患者死亡的首要因素,血行转移是肿瘤转移的最重要的方式之一。以往研究显示,在肿瘤血行转移过程中,血小板可粘附于肿瘤细胞表面,保护肿瘤细胞免受血流的机械损伤和免疫攻击,并协助肿瘤细胞在远隔部位定植。
