碳纤维增强可降解环氧树脂基复合材料

  针对目前碳纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料废弃物回收利用困难的难题,我们设计研发出用于复合材料的基于可降解固化剂的可降解环氧树脂基产品,经热分析和力学性能测试,综合性能与非降解的同类材料的性能相当,实现了在常压下,温度低于160℃条件下环氧树脂基碳纤维复合材料的降解回收、降解时间在4-8h内,增强体回收率超过95%。
