In this paper, the transverse vibration of axially moving Timoshenko beams are investigated with unsymmetrical hybrid supports, which has randomly-variable spring index at both sides.The transcendental equation and the eigenfunction are established by unsymmetrical hybrid boundary condition.The transverse vibration natural frequencies and corresponding model function are numerically solved.The effect of the constraint stiffness, the stiffness of the beam and the axially moving speed are examined and numerically investigated.Some numerical examples are presented for the natural frequencies for four beam models, namely Timoshenko model.
