The coupling dynamics mechanism in system inner and output dynamic behavior are determined by structure and damping matrix elements of generalized Hamiltonian system.In this paper, variation of structure and damping matrix elements are taken as system structure deviation.The output deviation produced by the structure deviation is employed to modify the nature output of original system.And then, the expression of the output deviation can be applied to research the sensitivity of system output on changes of structure and damping matrix element.Taking the generalized Hamiltonian model of the hydro turbine generating sets as case, the effectiveness and limitation proposed approach are analyzed.Result shows that proposed approach is valid and simple.
