Analog electronic technology is the professional basic courses in engineering colleges, only theoretical teaching cannot meet the development of electronic technology growing rapidly, and the research project of teaching is to improve students learning enthusiasm, cultivate students creativity as the basic teaching method, this paper puts forward " research teaching" in analog electronic technology teaching application,cultivating the students innovative ability in the constructivist mode, enhancing the student ability to combine theory and practice.After two years of practice, project research teaching method in the teaching of analog electronics got ideal result.Project research teaching method not only inherits the essence of traditional teaching mode, and has its own new characteristics.
