Using of combination of drugs is one of the most important strategies employed to overcome the ability of bacteria to develop resistance to antimicrobial agents [1].In this research, screening of actinomycetes from various soils of Iran was performed to find the strain(s) which produce metabolite decreased resistance to ciprofloxacin.Glycerol-Casein agar.Asparagine-vitamin agar and ISP2agar were used as isolation media [2].Assay of enhancement of ciprofloxacin activity on 550 isolates was done on Muller-Hinton agar supplemented with sub-MIC of ciprofloxacin against methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus [3].
