  采用欧拉–拉格朗日方法,并考虑气相与颗粒相的双向耦合,对管道内不同工况下气固多相流动进行了数值模拟。基于颗粒与壁面碰撞过程中的能量分析,建立了粉尘沉积–回弹模型,即粉尘颗粒与壁面碰撞后,法向速度所对应的动能大于壁面的黏附能才会回弹,否则会被壁面捕获。由此得出了粉尘颗粒的沉积准则以及颗粒碰撞后的回弹速度。
