本文简述了利用大功率超声波探伤仅无损检测玻璃钢制品的方法,并通过描绘超声透射曲线,观察透射波峰值的不同消长情况,判别玻璃钢内部的缺陷。证明这一方法在现阶段具有一定的实用价值。
This paper briefly describes the method of non-destructive inspection of FRP products by using high-power ultrasonic flaw detection. By observing the transmission curve of ultrasound and observing the different growth and decline of transmission peak, the internal defects of FRP are identified. It is proved that this method has certain practical value at this stage.
