Plant growth and development are coordinated by many hormonal and environmental signals.The extensive studies of Brassinosteroid (BR) signaling network have uncovers the cross talk between BR and other signals through direct interactions between components of different signaling pathways.BZR1,the key transcription factor activated by BR signaling,interacts with the auxin-activated ARF6,the light-sensitive PIF4 and the GA-sensitive DELLA to form a BZR1-ARF-PIF/DELLA module integrating BR,Auxin,GA and light to regulate seedling photomorphogenesis.

引言 减毒沙门氏菌能诱导宿主产生体液、细胞及长期记忆免疫反应,被许多科学家用以开发递送其它疫苗的载体[1],目前的研究主要集中在其作为蛋白抗原递送的平台上.本实验构建一种可调控的基于水解沙门氏菌肽聚糖的特殊酶的新颖沙门氏菌裂解系统,用于专门递送全新的鸭瘟病毒DNA疫苗,经口免疫麻鸭,检测该重组疫苗诱导免疫应答情况及其保护效果,评价其作为鸭瘟病毒疫苗的潜力.
