大批量定制的ETO产品模块化归并生产计划方法研究

针对大批量定制的ETO产品生产计划问题,分析了其BOM的生成特点及产品生产特点,提出基于模块归并的面向大批量定制的ETO产品生产计划方法.进一步研究面向大批量定制的ETO产品零件作业计划方法,提出零件归并成组作业计划原理和流程,建立了作业计划模型,并应用彼得洛夫算法求出零件作业计划近优解.最后以大批量定制的工业汽轮机叶片零件为例,对上述零件成组作业计划模型和算法进行了验证,结果表明上述方法能够较好满足企业的实际生产要求.
