从气络伤论治特发性肺间质纤维化的思考

特发性肺间质纤维化(idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,IPF)是一种特殊类型原因不明的、发生于成人的、慢性、进行性、纤维化性间质性肺炎。治疗上,现代医学尚缺乏有效治疗药物。根据其临床症状可归属为中医中医“肺痹”、“肺痿”“咳嗽”、“肺胀”、“短气”等疾病,现将从气络病变对其治疗进行综述。

穴位贴敷联合穴位注射对哮喘患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及IL-2、IL-4的影响

目的：观察穴位贴敷联合穴位注射治疗对慢性持续期支气管哮喘患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及IL-2、IL-4的影响。方法：将60例西医诊断为支气管哮喘慢性持续期、中医辨证为肺脾气虚证的患者随机分为两组，每组各30例。对照组予以西医常规治疗，治疗组在上述治疗基础上，同时加用穴位贴敷联合穴位注射黄芪注射液治疗。观察并比较两组治疗前、治疗后6个月外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及IL-2、IL-4的变化。
