Objective: To explore the longitudinal analysis with multiple endpoints for TCM efficacy evaluation in ischemic stroke based on a latent variable linear mixed model.Method: By an online randomized system controlled in the institute of basic research in clinical medicine at China academy of Chinese medicine sciences,the patients were divided into treatment group (200) control group (100) at random.During the research,10 patients in the treatment group dropped out while the number in the control group is 4.
