  Trichoderma sp.is the antagonistic fungi.There are many mechanism of compete with plant pathogen or other microorganism in same community.In the mycoparasitism and root colonization , Trichoderma sp.release extracellular enzyme (such as endochitinase and β-1,3-glucosidase etc.) that hydrolyze pathogenic fungi and plant cell wall.There are many studies try to focus on mycoparasitism and hydrolytic enzyme that produce from Trichoderma sp.when induced by other fungi material such as cell walled of pathogen ,steriled or deactivated pathogen mycelium and living cell and any other metabolites that involved in biocontrol mechanism.The proteomic approaches are important and effective method to revealed the total protein and discovered the novel protein according to the express sequence tag database.In this study , we try to find out the mechanisms of Trichoderma sp.that involved in the suppression Aspergillus flavus and A.parasiticus and inhibit aflatoxin biosynthetic pathway.Bradford assay is used to study the present of secreted protein of Trichoderma sp.when against with deactivated and living Aspergillus spp.mycelium.According to, the advanced in proteomics techniques such as SDS-PAGE, 2-DE (two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometric techniques (MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry) are in progress every years.The role of several proteins, including many enzymes that involved in the mechanisms of suppression of A.flavus and A.parasiticus and inhibit aflatoxin biosynthetic pathway have been possible to reveal.
