  Recently performance based seismic design is widely studied for aseismic design and reinforcement of structure.A damage-reduction system is a way to weaken parts of the structure,which makes the whole structure divided as the main part and the part of structural fuses.The dimensionless pushover curve of SDOF system of building with metallic hysteretic dampers as structural fuses is shown in figure 1.
