Objective: A case of a 44-year-old man diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia developed from myeloid sarcoma (MS) in testis was investigated.The patient was treated by allogeneic mobilization peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (alloMPBSCT) after rapid hematopoietic reconstitution.The patient achieved complete remission.After five months, a mass in the left adrenal gland was discovered by positron emission tomographycomputed tomography (PET-CT).
