OBJECTIVE To optimize the extract technology of Compound Caulis Polygoni Multiflori mixture.METHODS With the extraction rate of 2,3,5,4-tetrahydro xystibe ne-2-O-β-D-glucoside,Syirngaersinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,hyperin and dry extract yield,analytic hierarchy process was adopted to determine the weight coefficient.Soaking time,ratio of water and extracting time and was investigated by box-behnken design response surface methodology experiment,on the basis of this,the extraction times is studied.
