随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,体育的产业化、市场化程度日益提高,产业领域不断拓宽,发展规模逐渐增大.08年河北省GDP为16152.554亿元,体育产业总产出为66.98亿元,从业人数为61774人,增加值为28.59亿元.08年国家体育总局在17个省、市组织的体育产业调查数据表明,河北省体育产业总产出和增加值均列第五位.毋庸置疑,河北省体育产业的发展形势较好、发展潜能较大.但是河北省体

随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,体育的产业化、市场化程度日益提高,产业领域不断拓宽,发展规模逐渐增大.08年河北省GDP为16152.554亿元,体育产业总产出为66.98亿元,从业人数为61774人,增加值为28.59亿元.08年国家体育总局在17个省、市组织的体育产业调查数据表明,河北省体育产业总产出和增加值均列第五位.毋庸置疑,河北省体育产业的发展形势较好、发展潜能较大.但是河北省体育产业还存在着产业层次低、规模小,没有形成规模集聚和集团优势;群众体育基础薄弱,体育场地设施缺乏,体育健身休闲市场开发不足;核心产业滞后、中介产业缺位、产业结构关联效应较低,产业结构不合理;缺乏产业品牌等方面的问题.因此,全面审视我省体育产业的现状与问题,为统筹规划河北省体育产业的整体布局和长远发展提出了完善全省体育产业发展规划,加大对体育产业扶持力度;研究制定相关政策,创造良好的发展环境;理顺体育产业活动的管理体制,提高体育产业市场化程度;加快体育设施建设,改变群众体育组织形式,扩展和夯实群众体育基础以及实施品牌战略提高体育企业综合竞争力等加快发展河北省体育产业发展的对策建议.
