Objective: To investigate the characteristics and potential mechanism of DCs pulsed by liver X receptor, T0901317, by comparison with natural tolerant DCs (CD4+ Dcs).Materials and methods: Bone marrow-derived cells were cultured in the medium with GM-CSF and IL-4, with or without T0901317.At day7, cells were stimulated by lipopolysaccharide for 3 days;or collected and analyzed by FACS.NF-κB inhibitors (NF-inh) and PI3K inhibitors (PI-inh) were applied to explore the potential mechanism of T0901317.
