Objective: 1)To investigate the correlation of different density and distribution type of cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)with clinicopathological factors in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).2)To study the in vitro ability of CAFs in proliferation,adhesion and invasion,as well as related protein expression.Try to elucidate the relationship between CAFs differentiation mechanism and oral tumorigenesis.
