Complex assembly,inconvenient performance,poor control of Joule heating and leakage of solution are still fundamental issuesgreatly hindering application of free-flow electrophoresis (FFE) in stem cell separation,proteomics and organelle cleansing.Toaddress these issues,a novel FFE device was developed based on our previous work.Firstly,an easy-to-assemble fasteningstructure was designed for rapid assembly of FFE,fast removing of bubble in FFE chamber and prevention of any leak of solution.
