　　Objective: Aberrant expression of collagen triple helix repeat containing-1 (CTHRC1) is widely present in solid human tumors and seems to be associated with cancer tissue invasion and metastasis.Here we study the biological functional role of CTHRC1 in CRC cells.Methods: Western Blot was used to detect protein level of CTHRC1 in six human colorectal cancer cell lines.
