激光甲烷传感器及可靠性试验研究

基于光谱吸收的原理,研究了激光甲烷传感器的测量原理、传感器设计.开展了实验室环境下交变湿热、煤尘、电磁抗扰度等可靠性试验研究,给出了试验数据并进行了相关分析.最后给出了其在煤矿安全领域长期的应用数据,并和煤矿正在使用的传感器测试数据做了对比,实验证明激光甲烷传感器可以长时间不需要标校,且测量准确,稳定性高.
