电容层析成像技术(Electrical Capacitance Tomography,ECT)以其结构简单、响应速度快、非侵入、无辐射等优点成为检测科学领域里的研究热点之一。介绍了一种基于DSP控制的8极板电容层析成像系统,描述了它的硬件检测电路组成、工作原理并给出了图像重建算法和DSP软件设计流程。将该系统应用于土壤水分分布的测量中,构建了一土壤水分测试实验平台,完成了4种不同土壤湿度分布下的成像信息测试。实验结果表明,管道截面土壤湿度分布不同时,成像图像能够给出其可视化分布形态。
Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) has become one of the hottest topics in the field of detection science due to its simple structure, fast response, non-invasive and non-radiation. This paper introduces a 8-pole capacitive tomography system based on DSP control, describes its hardware detection circuit composition, working principle and gives the image reconstruction algorithm and DSP software design flow. The system was applied to the measurement of soil moisture distribution, and a soil moisture test platform was constructed. The imaging information test under four different soil moisture distributions was completed. The experimental results show that the imaging images can give the visual distribution patterns when the distribution of soil moisture in pipe section is different.
