高海拔地区紫外线辐射对复合绝缘子表面状态影响研究

复合绝缘子具有质量轻、体积小、憎水性好等诸多优越性能,被发明以来,在国内外电力系统中应用愈加广泛,目前在各国电网输电线路绝缘中具有重要地位.复合绝缘子在实际运行中面临各种各样的严酷环境.高海拔地区空气稀薄,紫外线强度极高,将对复合绝缘子表面状态产生严重的不良影响,破坏其表面状态,使得其表面憎水性下降,丧失优良的防污闪性能.本文针对高海拔地区紫外线对复合绝缘子的影响,搭建了实验平台,分别进行了三种类型紫外线对复合绝缘子表面憎水性影响的实验研究,获得了各类型紫外线对复合绝缘子表面憎水性的影响规律.复合绝缘子良好的表面憎水性使得其在防污闪中发挥重要作用。高海拔地区紫外线强度较高,复合绝缘子样品在紫外线的辐射下,表面状态将会遭到破坏,内部结构和成分发生改变使得其表面的憎水性下降,防污闪性能被削弱。太阳光中的紫外线由UVA、UVB、UVC三种类型紫外线组成,其中UVC紫外线的波长最短,UVB稍长,UVA最长,相应的其具有的能量依次减小。UVA、UVB对其表面憎水性的破坏作用较小,UVC对复合绝缘子表面的憎水性的破坏作用最大,使得其静态接触角由钝角下降到84度以下,丧失其优异的防污闪性能。
