I want to present a rare cardiac anesthesia case report: She was 30 years lady, case of Gravida 2, Para 0, Abortion 1,Living 0, Full term with gestational age 38 week was admitted for cesarean section (C/S) due to sever Aortic stenosis (AS) with non reactive NST.On physical exam: BP: 1 30/70 mmHg, PR: 80/min, RR: 12/min.Heart: Systolic murmur grade Ⅲ / Ⅵ in LSB.Echocardiography: Left Ventricular Hypertrophy, Calcified Aortic Valve, Sever AS, mild AR, minimal MR, TR.Ejection fraction 65%.Lower segment C/S performed for patient but she developed sever pulmonary edema post C/S in recovery room.Patient transfer to operating room and emergency Aortic Valve replacement performed for her.After 3 days, she with her baby leave the hospital in good condition.
