A modified quick,easy,cheap,effective,rugged,and safe(QuEChERS)method was applied to the extraction of flusilazole,fipronil and fipronils three metabolites from pork,pork liver,pork fat,chicken,eggs and milk by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC/ESI–MS/MS).The extraction was carried out by dispersive solid-phase extraction(d-SPE)using multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs),Octadecylsilane(C18)and Florisil as the sorbent,using external standard as quantification.The method showed excellent linearity(R2 ≥0.9901)for all target analytes with good recoveries(72.1-113.8%)and the limit of detection(LOD)varied from 2.52 to 13.44 μg/kg.Moreover,the intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviation(RSD)of all of the recovery experiments were all <29.8%.The method was verified to be convenient,effective,quick,highly sensitive and reliable for the routine monitoring of these food of animal origin.Finally,the developed UHPLC/ESI–MS/MS method was applied to analyze the real animal origin samples of fifteen different provinces in China.
