网状CBF(Continuous Basalt Fiber,连续玄武岩纤维)增强砖砌体是将CBF布条按照特定的构造方式铺设在砌体水平灰缝砂浆层中,协同砖砌体共同工作的新型砌体结构形式。该文通过对5种不同横向配纤率,3种不同竖向纤维层构造的8组增强砖砌体试件进行轴心受压试验研究。初步试验结果表明:网状CBF增强砖砌体具有良好的强度储备,与无筋砖砌体相比,延性和轴心抗压强度都有明显改善。该文分析了试件的破坏形态和受力机理,以及对比横向配纤率和竖向配纤构造对砌体抗压性能的影响,最后,通过对试验数据的回归分析,给出了网状CBF增强砖砌体轴心承载力计算公式。
Continuous Basalt Fiber (CBF) Reinforced Brick Masonry is a new type of masonry structure in which CBF strips are laid in the mortar horizontal grout mortar layer according to a specific construction method and work together with the brickwork. In this paper, eight kinds of reinforced brick masonry specimens with five different lateral distribution rates and three different vertical fiber layers were tested for axial compression. The preliminary test results show that: the reticulated CBF reinforced brick masonry has a good strength reserve, compared with the non-reinforced brick masonry, ductility and axial compressive strength are significantly improved. In this paper, the failure morphology and mechanical mechanism of the specimens are analyzed, and the influence of the ratio of horizontal and vertical fiber configurations on the compressive properties of masonry is analyzed.
