The deterioration of urban environment has a closely relationship with the functions of land use.The stagnant wind conditions in compact urban areas may also exacerbate the local environment.Instead of overlooking this problem,planning strategies considering the building arrays,to develop effective natural ventilation paths,should be incorporated into the urban planning or redevelopment work.In this paper,one of the ENN typical districts,Commercial Centralized District(CCD),in Langfang were investigated.
