　　Phosphodiesterase type 5(PDE5) expression is up-regulated in human failing heart and over-expressing PDE5 in transgenic mice exacerbated stress induced left ventricular(LV) dysfunction,suggesting that increased PDE5 expression might contribute to the development of congestive heart failure(CHF).
