In order to improve the design of cylindrical roller bearings,to prevent the occurrence of bearing wear and other failures of cylindrical roller,the complete dynamic model of rolling bearing is proposed considering the effect of gravity,traction,elastic hertz theory,the rotation and revolution of the roller and the effect of outer raceway waviness.Considering relative slip,tangential force and the normal force between roller and raceways,roller rolling-sliding is analyzed deeply.At the same time,the maximum points of relative slip velocity between roller and raceways can be obtained from the simulation of a roller rolling-sliding in a revolution cycle.Moreover,regulations of roller rollingsliding changes under different rotor speeds are discovered.When the high speed roller bite into the loading zone,the roller rolling-sliding is quite different with that with low speed.
