Emulsions stabilized by colloidal particles are known as Pickering emulsions1.These emulsions have the advantages such as long-term mechanical stability and biocompatibility over that stabilized by molecular surfactants,thus has been increasingly exploited in applications including the biomedicine,fine chemical synthesis,cosmetics and food industry2.
