西安万象城T1塔楼结构设计

本文介绍了西安万象城T1塔楼大屋面高度186.30m,采用了带加强层的框架-核心筒结构体系,框架柱为型钢混凝土柱.该建筑的结构体系及平面布置、抗震设防性能化目标、结构整体计算分析结果、罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性分析结果以及基础设计,另外还介绍了加强层伸臂桁架内力计算、核心筒剪力墙和外围框架柱设计以及部分构件优化设计等内容,可供类似项目参考。 依据高规,通过对各个设防水准进行抗震计算分析,结果表明本结构在小震时能充分保证各构件处于弹性状态;中震时关键构件正截面不屈服、斜截面抗剪弹性;大震时伸臂析架的支撑柱不屈服,底部及加强层筒体中度损坏,但不发生剪切破坏,耗能构件屈服,薄弱部位层间变形满足规范要求,结构能够实现预期的抗震性能目标。通过对有限元软件计算分析结果及判断,认为本结构分析结果合理有效,综合评定该结构安全适用、经济合理、施工方便。
