蟾酥是我国传统中药，大量临床应用证实其外用可缓解癌症疼痛，并对皮肤癌、宫颈癌、阴茎癌等肿瘤具有良好治疗作用，在肿瘤治疗中具有重要意义，值得推广。在临床外用蟾酥时，需要控制剂量，并严格掌握其适应症，保证临床用药的安全有效。
外用蟾酥在肿瘤治疗中的应用

目的 观察手法复位小夹板外固定加我院自制中药治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法 采用传统手法复位，我院自制小夹板外固定，结合我院自制中成药治疗老年桡骨远端伸直型骨折1765例，均于4-6周后解除外固定，骨折愈合良好，伴有心脑血管疾病患者无内科疾病加重迹象，本组1765例均随访8个月至2年，按Dienst功能评定标准，优1560例、良118例、可87例、差0例。
