<正>《合同法》总则第三章用16条之多的篇幅规定了合同的效力,与之形成对比的, 《劳动法》仅有第17条、第18条与第97条规定了劳动合同无效的情形与法律后果。本文要通过简要的比较,根据劳动合同自身的特点,发现《合同法》关于合同效力的规定对劳动合同效力的借鉴或补充意义,以便更充分地认识和有效完善劳动合同制度。
