Due to the extensive complexity and high genetic heterogeneity of genetic alterations in cancer, comprehensively depicting the molecular mechanisms of cancer remains difficult.Characterizing functional driver modules or cooperative events can help to decompose such complex mechanisms. In this study,we integrated the multi-omics data of different cancers to dissect the driver events as well as their affecting dysregulated genes through using alteration-induced dysregulated networks. In glioblastomas,we identified a core driver module with 17 genes which showed significant association with shorter survival of GBM.
