  Purpose The purpose of this study was to develop a thermosensitive in situ gelling vehicle of tea polyphenols(TP)for ophthalmic delivery.Methods the effects of formulation factors on the permeation of TP either in experimental or aqueous drops were investigated through the rabbit cornea both in vitro and in vivo.
