Parameters are very important in hydrologic models, but they are often not exactly known, thus calibration is essential to determine the parameters.
Viewing from the global scope, the climate change has triggered many unfriendly environmental phenomena, such as temperature rise, glaciers melting, sea level rise (SLR) and so on.
Many researches related with water quality and the influence of nutrients and major ions have been made in aquatic ecosystems worldwide. However, rivers in the Andes have been insufficiently studied.
In agricultural North Huaihe River Plain with a shallow groundwater table and a dense drainage system, saturation excess surface flow and subsurface flow dominate the storm runoff response.
Significant ammonia nitrogen is loaded from a municipal landfill leachate.Since the leachate is deoxidized through infiltration and travelling underground, the first step of water treatment is to oxid

Velocity profiles in vegetated channels reflect multiple mechanisms of flow-vegetation interactions and determine bulk flow velocity, and hence the overall hydraulic resistance.
