Intracellular pH environment is an important unknown research area of molecular cell biology and chemical biology.We developed the nanoprobe with both of cytocompatibility and bioinspired response to understand the intracellular pH environment.The reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization (RAFT) was employed as the key molecular design strategy for well-defined pH-responsive block type polymers by arranging the uniformation of molecular architecture.
