由于氟原子的独特性质,分子中引入偕二氟亚甲基可以使化合物的物理和化学性质发生很大的变化,往往能够有效提高有机分子的生理活[1].1,3-苯并二唑是很多天然产物的基本骨架,所以2-二氟溴甲基-[1,3]-苯并二唑化合物在医药,农药和材料等领域内越来越受到重视.二氟甲基溴类化合物如二氟甲基溴乙酸乙酯,可以在锌,铟,TDAE的作用下与醛发生类Reformatskii反应[2].我们首次利用Cu(0)促进

由于氟原子的独特性质,分子中引入偕二氟亚甲基可以使化合物的物理和化学性质发生很大的变化,往往能够有效提高有机分子的生理活[1].1,3-苯并二唑是很多天然产物的基本骨架,所以2-二氟溴甲基-[1,3]-苯并二唑化合物在医药,农药和材料等领域内越来越受到重视.二氟甲基溴类化合物如二氟甲基溴乙酸乙酯,可以在锌,铟,TDAE的作用下与醛发生类Reformatskii反应[2].我们首次利用Cu(0)促进的2-一溴二氟甲基苯并二唑与芳香醛,发生类Reformatskii反应,生成偕二氟亚甲基对C=O的加成化合物(Eq-1).该反应具有普适性,高效性并且原料简单易得,操作简单,反应的产率优良.
