连翘、丁香、川芎复合涂膜保鲜剂对杏子果实采后品质及适宜保鲜浓度筛选

  以灵台牛心杏为研究对象,用3种中药材的乙醇提取液与基质液配伍成涂膜保鲜剂,在温度为-1℃~0℃、相对湿度为80%~90%的条件下贮藏牛心杏,比较对其贮藏品质和生理生化指标的影响.结果 表明:以2.0mg/ml连翘、1.5mg/ml丁香、1.5mg/ml川芎提取液涂膜处理牛心杏后,可延缓牛心杏果实的衰老和品质的劣变,大大减少牛心杏果实的失重率、腐烂率,减缓可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、VC含量的下降速度;并对牛心杏相对电导率、PPO的活性的有较强的抑制抑制作用,与1-MCP(对照)无明显差异(P>0.05);而保持牛心杏果实CAT、POD较高活性,能有效清除牛心杏果实衰老自由基,对牛心杏有很好的保鲜效果.
