Aim: To analyze the diversity of 46 and 79, the two single nucleotide polymorphism (SNPs) sites of β2-AR coding regions polymorphism, and the genotype distribution of Chinese Han population collected from Kunming in Yunnan Province, and to discuss β2-AR SNPs distribution and the relationship between different people with essential hypertension (EH) in different area and different race.
