红小豆种质资源抗锈性评价及组织学抗性机制研究

  由豇豆单胞锈菌(Uromyces vignae)引起的小豆锈病是红小豆生产中危害最为严重的病害之一,在我国红小豆种植区内普遍发生。该病发生严重时,导致叶片干枯、脱落、籽粒瘪瘦,给小豆生产带来了严重损失,培育和种植抗病品种是防治该病害最为经济、有效的手段之一,因此,明确小豆资源对锈病菌的抗性情况,明确病原菌侵染过程及抗病的组织学特征,可为深入探索寄主的抗性机制奠定基础,为小豆抗病品种培育提供材料和理论依据。
