旨在研究B细胞激活因子(BAFF)和增殖诱导配体(APRIL)在慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)的表达以及与CLL预后指标的相关性,探讨其在CLL预后中的意义.认为CLL患者存在BAFF和APRIL基因的高表达，BAFF基因表达水平与Binet分期明显相关，具有一定的预后意义。
