  The production rate of REBa2Cu3O7-δ (REBCO) films could be improved effectively using metal-organic deposition by reducing fluorine content of the precursor solution (CLF-MOD).To obtained high quality REBCO films using CLF-MOD,certain parameters of the thermal treatment process were optimized.In addition,a series of YxBa2Cu3O7-δ (x = 0.9,1.0,1.1,1.2,1.33,1.66) superconducting thin films were prepared on single crystal substrates and metal substrates (LaMnO3/MgO/Al2O3/Y2O3/Hastalloy) using LF-MOD in the present work.
