Obesity has increasing over the years in number of obese individuals and in severity of diseases.The physical activity is an important preventive factor and reducer of the effects of obesity and promotes a protective effect against the development of cardiovascular disease.Preventing, discussing and evaluating the treatment of morbid obesity is entirely relevant.The bariatric surgery is not able to meet the needs of the potential demand of morbid obese patients.Programs that can assist in reducing weight and comorbid disease are extremely important.
